III National Negotiation Competition 

The Third Edition of the National Negotiation and Mediation Competition was successfully organized in collaboration with the Association of Mediation Practitioners (AMP Mediation), Presolv360, CAMP Mediation, SCC Online, and Eastern Book Company.

Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law emerged as the winners of the competition, represented by Paritosh Vir Singh Baath and Pratham Malhotra. Himachal Pradesh National Law University secured a distinguished position, represented by Akshat Trivedi and Yugank Goyal.

The award for Best Team of the Preliminary Rounds was conferred upon O.P. Jindal Global University, represented by Sri Khyati Reddy, Tasmiyah Mukhtar, and Arya Deshmukh.

The competition also recognized excellence in mediation, with Shreiya Agarwal of Symbiosis Law School being awarded Best Mediator, while Arya Deshmukh of O.P. Jindal Global University was declared Runner-Up Mediator.

The final rounds were adjudicated by an esteemed panel comprising Thomas Valenti, Rukmani Menon, Jawad A J, Gunita Pahwa, and Siddharth Jain.

This edition significantly contributed to strengthening the ADR ecosystem by encouraging meaningful engagement between aspiring professionals and experienced practitioners.
